ISO 9001 Certification

To certify a Quality System in conformity to ISO 9000 standards means that the business processes can give the producer (internally) and the reference market the assurance that the company is able to systematically satisfy the requirements of every product/service provided within the established contractual terms and within the certification scope.

ISO 14001 Certification
"RESPECT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF OPERATIONS CARRIED OUT"
The ISO 14001 certification issued by a qualified independent organisation shows the specific commitment to minimise the environmental impact of the company’s processes, products and services and it attests the reliability of the environmental management system applied. Therefore, the seriousness, credibility and recognition of the Certifying Authority chosen are of paramount importance.

Certification as per ACT 46/90 (Mandatory on plant and equipment)

Art. 1. - Field of application.

1. The following plant and equipments related to buildings intended for public use are subject to the application of the present law:
   a) installations that produce, carry, distribute and use electric energy within the premises starting from the delivery point of the energy supplied by the distributor;
   b) radio/television and electronic installations in general, antennas and protection systems against atmospheric discharges;
   c) heating and air-conditioning systems operated by liquid fluid, aeriform, gaseous and of any nature or type;
   d) sanitary installations as well as those that carry, treat, use, store and consume water within the premises starting from the delivery point of water supplied by the distributor;
   e) installations that carry and use of liquid or air gas within the premises starting from the delivery point of the fuel gas supplied by the distributor;
   f) installations for carrying people or things through freight elevators, movable staircases and the like;
   g) fire-fighting systems.
    

2. The installations referred to in paragraph 1, letter a), related to the buildings intended for production activities, commerce, used by third parties and for other uses are also subject to the application of this act.

Only CERTIFIED companies, as per provisions of ACT 46/90, are authorised to perform and certify installations (necessary to obtain form the competent Authorities the CERTIFICATES OF HABITABILITY or AUTHORISATIONS to the settlement of BUILDINGS or the beginning of activities in the BUILDINGS).
