VARIAN s.r.l., working over the entire national territory, is a company highly specialised on partial or total demolitions of “Industrial Plants and buildings made of reinforced concrete and steel structural work”, to be carried out at any height (above or below ground level) using soundproof, vibration-free and dust-free systems.
The works described above are carried out with advanced machine technology, such as special equipment and grabs, grippers, shears, hydraulic demolition hammers as well as diamond wires and cutting saws, thermal lance or coring.


APPLIED DEMOLITION METHODS

Demolitions with Machinery supplied with grippers, hydraulic shears and crushers;
Controlled implosive techniques;
Soundproof, vibration-free systems;
Robotic demolition systems and hydraulic machinery for any height;
Demolition systems with thermal lance, core drills and core sampling;

MACHINE TECHNOLOGY APPLIED

Standardised machinery complying with machinery directives, EEC homologated, and equipped with ROPS cabins and Cabin Protection Systems so that operators are protected against debris, roll-over protective systems and active filters to protect operators against dust;
Since 2004 VARIAN srl has been supplied all means required and used in demolition: INNER VIDEO CAMERAS and SENSORS for stability control, RADIO CONTROL for a distance of 500 lm from the Equipment, and AUDIO EQUIPMENT in the cabin for information exchange between “OPERATOR on MACHINE and OPERATION MANAGER on GROUND”.
